Sometimes you ask me questions like this:

“What was that?”

“How did you make it?”

Often I don’t know the answer, because I just made it up. But because you like it, I’ll have a go at remembering what happened and write it down, so maybe we can do it again sometime.

And you know that while I respect and enjoy fancy ingredients, I usually just scrounge things out of the back of the cupboard so these are all simple and road-tested tastes.
